Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 per year

Time spent with a smaller firm offers a greater variety of experience as you typically work in many areas of business and will not be focused on one industry or accounting service as you see with large public accounting firms.

• Extensive experience preparing and reviewing individual, business, and trust tax returns

• Degree in accounting, law or similar master's or advanced business degree

• Year-end tax planning and maintaining client relationships

• Research tax and accounting regulations

• Proficiency in CCH Pro Systems tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or JD preferred
