We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and resolving complex legal disputes and providing expert legal advice to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing high-quality legal advice. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Provide sound legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters
  • Collaborate with the legal team to manage case workflow efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics at all times
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the legal industry to provide the most up-to-date advice and representation to clients

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Proficient in motion practice
  • Excellent negotiation, research, and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure
  • Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to client service and professional development
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
