Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We are an established GC that has been building for over 70 years! Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a talented Project Manager with 5+ years of self perform, ground up project experience in the Ann Arbor, MI area. This Project Manager will be able to get their feet wet on 2 smaller ($1M+) TI Projects to start and then running a $40M+ ground-up project. We are looking for a local candidate who is willing to potentially travel once their projects come to a close (about 15 months).

• 5+ years of self-perform construction experience needed
• Industrial, Science and Technology construction experience
• Prepare and track RFI's
• Create and manage project schedules and keep client informed throughout all construction phases
• Schedule and facilitate meetings
• Post addenda and changes to drawings/ plans
• Prepare and manage contract, permits and approvals
• Incorporate virtual construction/BIM with projects
• Experience with CMiC, PlanGrid, Timberline and Bluebeam a plus
