Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Proven experience managing light industrial design build projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
