Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

We have partnered with a Top 200 Accounting Firm looking for a Tax Training Specialist. In this role, you'll create and deliver training programs that build technical skills and drive efficiency from new hires to senior partners.

This is the ideal role for a Tax Senior who wants to keep working in tax, but wants to escape the long hours of buys season. This is a standard 40-hour week role!

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training for new tax professionals.
  • Foster relationships with new staff through orientation and ongoing support.
  • Identify training needs and work with experts to develop content.
  • Build a library of accessible learning resources.
  • Offer guidance to staff as they apply new skills.
  • Keep up with tax laws and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications to be considered for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years in public accounting with a focus on tax or experience teaching tax topics.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or leading staff is a plus.
