A rapidly growing practice for a well-known firm is looking for two Litigators to join its insurance defense team focusing on Auto and Premises Liability! Salary will depend on experience! Billables ~2100.
*Great opportunity for an Associate looking for bench and trial experience!
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Assisting with discovery requests and responses, including drafting and responding to Interrogatories
- Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborating with clients, experts, and other attorneys on litigation matters
- Managing and prioritizing a high-volume caseload
- Providing exceptional client service and communication throughout the litigation process
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 2-8 years experience & Admission to the NY Bar. Strong writing, negotiation skills, and academic record.
