Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent - Infrastructure, you will be tasked with:
- Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with project specifications.
- Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the construction site, including supervision of staff, engineers, subcontractors, and trades.
- Coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring all safety regulations and quality control measures are adhered to.
- Directing all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Preparing, scheduling, and coordinating job site activities, including material and equipment deliveries.
- Communicating effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry (Heavy Civil, Marine, and Concrete)
- Extensive experience in site supervision, heavy civil, concrete, marine construction, and material control.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and directing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, building laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
