Are you ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role within a high growth financial service company? Our firm is currently seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to grow and thrive within the fast-paced world of the mortgage industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in managing and improving our operational processes, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. If you are an analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

As an Operations Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
  2. Managing and maintaining our Orion CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking and efficient customer service.
  3. Utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create complex reports, and provide actionable insights.
  4. Performing advanced data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  6. Identifying potential areas of improvement within operational procedures and proposing effective solutions.
  7. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
  8. Providing support to other team members as needed and participating in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations Associate role or similar position within the financial services or mortgage industry.
  2. Proficiency in Orion CRM or a similar customer relationship management system.
  3. Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and other data analysis tools.
  4. Exceptional data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  7. A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  8. Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
  9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
