Job Details:

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor to join our thriving team. This is a permanent, remote position, offering you the freedom to work from anywhere while being part of a diverse and dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, and providing strategic tax planning advice to our clients. The ideal candidate is a passionate, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations and a proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, multi-state, international) and provide detailed tax planning advice.
• Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues and tax implications including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and other complex business matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and strategic tax planning advice.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
