We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Manager for our Web UI Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of dedicated UI Engineers, Web Developers, and Software Developers. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital products and services, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and managing a team of UI Engineers, Web Developers, and Software Developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2. Developing and implementing user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications, ensuring responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
3. Utilizing advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JS to design, develop, and improve native applications and new technologies.
4. Driving omnichannel engineering strategies to ensure seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
5. Hiring and managing a team to lead and drive personalization on site, enhancing customer experiences.
6. Utilizing React and JS to optimize application performance and functionality.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies, improve processes, and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in UI Engineering, Web Development, or Software Development.
2. Proven experience leading development teams in the development and delivery of digital products and services.
3. Advanced experience in developing user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications, ensuring responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
4. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JS.
5. Experience with omnichannel engineering strategies.
6. Proven ability to design, develop, and improve native applications and new technologies.
7. Experience managing and hiring teams, with a focus on driving personalization on site.
8. Proficiency in React and JS, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
9. Strong understanding of customer experiences and the ability to translate this understanding into actionable strategies and solutions.
