Are you a seasoned Network and Cloud Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity in the construction industry? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Permanent Network and Cloud Engineer II. This role is pivotal in driving our company's digital transformation and ensuring the smooth operation of our network and cloud systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage robust and secure network and cloud systems using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and maintain network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, LAN, WAN, and SAN.
• Automate network and cloud processes using scripting languages like Python, Powershell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Ensure network and cloud security through the implementation of cybersecurity measures, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and load balancers, and perform configuration and administration tasks as needed.
• Support the implementation and management of network virtualization, SDN, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Handle NAS configurations and administration, including NFS, SMB, and CIFS.
• Continuously monitor network and cloud performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide network and cloud solutions that support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and cloud engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and services like IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, LAN, WAN, and SAN.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with proficiency in Python, Powershell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience with security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with network hardware including routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Demonstrated experience with network virtualization, SDN, and SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of NAS configurations and administration, including NFS, SMB, and CIFS.
• Possession of industry certifications such as CCNP is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
