Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are a national building automation and energy services provider with private financial backing that provides full-scope building smart building automation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BAS/BMS Critical Facilities Technician to join our team. You may be based anywhere in the United States, however, you must be willing to travel up to 80% to customer sites throughout the US. Sites include Denver, Phoenix, San Jose, Omaha, Chicago, DC, Atlanta, and more.

As a critical facilities technician on our team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS and DDC controls at customers' critical facilities (ie. Datacenters). This role will require up to 80% travel to customer sites. Responsibilities include performing start-up, checking, testing, system diagnostics, and commissioning.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or HVAC controls experience
  • Willingness to up to 80% to client sites throughout the US.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other
  • DDC Controls
  • Critical facilities/infrastructure experience, particularly Data-centers

  • Tridium Niagara
  • HVAC controls programming
  • Commissioning
  • Schneider PME or Johnson Controls Metasys
  • EPMS
