Jobot has an active search for physical therapists in Phoenix to join our client's growing outpatient practice! The position is with is a well respected PT owned organization with multiple clinic locations across the valley and an excellent reputation for patient care. We are currently hiring for the following clinics:

  • Gilbert
  • Anthem
  • Peoria

We are seeking patient centric, evidence-based therapists to serve a diverse population of clients for sports and orthopedic related injuries. Experienced and new grad therapists are welcome to apply. The incoming therapist will join a collaborative team of experienced PTs and work directly with patients in developing individualized treatment plans. The owners, also physical therapists, have established and maintained a culture focused on investing in its staff and strong organizational values. Professional growth is encouraged through a continuing education reimbursement program and paid MedBridge membership. This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, flexible schedule (1/2 day Fridays and no weekends!), sign on bonus, production bonuses, 3 weeks of PTO, organization paid healthcare benefits, and 401k with a 3% match.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current AZ state licensure as a physical therapist.
  • Exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient physical condition, functional limitations, and

treatment needs.

  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, modalities

(e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and gait training.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge

summaries, in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.

  • Cross Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals (physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, etc.) to

ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Patient Education: Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to facilitate active

participation in their recovery.
