Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Jobot is working with an Independent Consulting/CPA firm that is one of the Top 5 Firms in the Nation. They are actively growing and looking to add permanent professionals to their staff. They provide audit, tax, accounting, and advisory solutions to nonprofit organizations, commercial companies, and wealthy individuals/estates.

This organization supports the community it serves by donating 10% of their Profits back to Non-Profits.

If you have experience with Auditing Non-Profit, Affordable Housing, or Education clients -- this is for you.

100% REMOTE as long as you're based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones --- MST/PST Candidates will NOT be Considered for this role

Base: $90-105k + Bonus

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on non-profit and higher education sectors.
3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is highly desirable.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and a solid understanding of internal controls.
5. Demonstrated experience in performing audits in accordance with GAAP, preparing audit reports, and presenting findings to management.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify financial risks and propose effective controls.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners in the non-profit and higher education sectors.
8. High degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit management software.
