We are seeking an experienced and passionate Permanent Outpatient Clinics Nurse Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient setting. As the Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient clinics, ensuring the highest level of patient care and services. You will also be responsible for staff development, performance management, and maintaining departmental policies and procedures. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and a proven track record in nursing leadership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  2. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards.
  3. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  5. Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  6. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  7. Monitor and manage budget and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  8. Address any patient complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement changes as necessary.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest nursing practices, trends, and medical advancements.

Qualifications:

  1. Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in a nursing leadership role (charge nurse, supervisor, etc).
  4. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
