Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our high-performing legal team. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at managing multiple tasks, and has a strong commitment to advocating for clients who have suffered personal injury. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of personal injury law, experience with depositions, and a proven track record of successful client representation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct comprehensive client meetings to collect pertinent case information and provide legal advice.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings, motions, and demand letters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Conduct depositions of parties and witnesses to gather crucial case evidence.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements.
  • Continually update knowledge of personal injury law, court rulings, and industry trends to provide the most effective legal representation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic, timely, and effective communication.
  • Adhere to all ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the legal profession.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
  • Current license to practice law in the state.
  • Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and court procedures.
  • Proven experience conducting depositions and representing clients in court.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
  • Ability to empathize with and advocate for personal injury clients.
