Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking skilled Plumbing Designers or Engineers to join our Team. Successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the building consulting engineering industry as a project designer, engineer, or project manager for institutional and commercial buildings. The candidate will have knowledge in operating Revit (minimum 2 years' experience) and AutoCAD to draft and design Plumbing Systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of plumbing Design experience with Engineering Consulting firm
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of current Building Codes.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attitude & people skills and attention to detail

Duties:

  • Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary.
  • Performs 3D Revit and 2D CAD work.
  • Performs involved and detailed design requirements.
  • Receives project assignments from the firm’s Principals, Senior Associates/Associates or Senior Engineers/Project Managers.
  • Knowledgeable of plumbing design elements in healthcare, institutional, and educational facilities.
  • Recognizes problems quickly and seeks Principal, Senior Associate/Associate or Senior Engineer/Project Manager advice.
