Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage fire sprinkler installation projects in commercial, educational, residential, and industrial settings

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution

Supervise and lead teams of fire sprinkler fitters and technicians

Ensure compliance with local and national fire protection codes and standards

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address project-specific requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installations

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, and special hazard systems

Familiarity with fire pumps, standpipes, and underground fire supply systems

Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local fire protection regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites

NICET certification in Fire Sprinkler Systems (Level III or IV preferred)
