Property Manager experience is required. Strong customer service, admin and leadership experience needed. This role does involve working with a team of employees, being able to lead, coach and oversee others as well as operations for a community.

Location: Duluth

Must Have to Apply:

• Property Manager at Luxury Properties/Class A Properties - must be newer properties. No low income or older properties.
• Someone who has managed properties with at least 300 units
• People who have managed teams of 10-20 people - maintenance, leasing etc. And they don't have a Maintenance Head, so someone who can handle that, manage those maintenance folks

• Confidence to learn/seeks out knowledge/strives for personal growth
• Good organizational skills and follow through
• 1-3 years in a management role with experience leading a team - **This will be a team of 15-20 direct reports – leasing, maintenance folks etc. – need experience managing similar size teams
• High sense of urgency

• Not seeking community directors, regional or area managers; true property managers
• Property Managers managing at least 300-400 units at Luxury Properties
• Experience with Newer Properties/Better upkeep
• Looking for management experience/team size similar to theirs around 15-20 leasing consultants, maintenance folks etc
