Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Manage complex kidney conditions and associated comorbidities

Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams

Educate patients on kidney health, disease management, and treatment options

Oversee dialysis treatments and transplant care coordination

Qualifications:

Current Arizona NP license and national certification

Master's degree in Nursing; DNP preferred

2+ years of experience in nephrology or related field

Strong clinical skills and passion for kidney care

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
