Marketing Assistant

PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe marketing assistant provides back-up and marketing assistance to marketing team on marketing activities for the company.TYPICAL DUTIESWork in conjunction with marketing team to develop and/or assist with credentials packages, brochures, award submittals, digital advertising and social media graphics and presentations.Support the marketing team in enhancing pursuit presentation graphics including infographics.Assist in managing marketing and project database in CRM.Perform any additional assignments as requested by marketing leadership.SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in architecture, marketing, or communications preferred.Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Intermediate graphic design experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well with others under strict deadlines.Highly detail oriented, self-motivated, creative, enthusiastic and flexible.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to use equipment for communication and documentation purposes.Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.Ability to carry a minimum of 30 pounds.GENERAL NOTE:This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
