Responsibilities:Manage commercial assets (non-residential/multifamily, non-apartments/condos)Focus on lease administrationFinancial reportingTenant relationsManage daily operationsEnsure compliance within lease agreementsPrepare and review financial statements and budgets, reconciliations and reports.Oversee various real estate projects
Experience:At least 5 years in commercial real estateBachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
Skills:Analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of commercial real estate operationsStrong time managementCan work independently and collaborate with clientsHighly proficient in MS ExcelValues professionalism
Work Type:Onsite, Full TimeDirect HireCompensation: $80-90k
