Senior Visual (UI) Designer

You'll translate complex features into visually stunning and intuitive interfaces, ensuring users can utilize the software with ease. You’ll help shape the future of our design language by championing best practices and establishing new patterns and UI enhancements.Expectations and tasks:Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent with our brand identity.Partner with product managers, design leadership, and engineers to translate complex features into clear, visually appealing designs.Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Work with stakeholders across various lines of business to produce strategy of experience concepts to final solution.Champion design best practices and establish new patterns that contribute back to a design system.Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.Proactively present and advocate for innovative design solutions that improve user experience.Mentor and collaborate with junior designers and cross teams.What you bring:7+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on UI design.In-depth understanding of design principles, including user-centered design and visual hierarchy.A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Mural, After Effects a plus).A passion for innovation and a desire to elevate experiences.About the Team:The Product Concepts team is a passionate international group committed to crafting exceptional user experiences and setting new standards for design excellence.We win with inclusion:SAP’s culture of inclusion and flexible working models help ensure that everyone feels included and can run at their best.
