This includes fostering a global community, setting standards for best-in-class talent practices, continually raising the bar through successfully delivering impactful and actionable talent intelligence and distinctive search experiences. They will personally execute searches, ensuring excellence in Adobe’s internal and external hiring experiences.The Sr. Executive Talent Partner will closely partner with Adobe executives and key stakeholders to advise on and execute world-class talent strategy. They will also serve as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition team.What You’ll Do:Ensure excellence in the execution of search assignments within North America.Role model by teaching, inspiring, and personally delivering against search engagements.Grow business partnerships through active and credible influence and execution on talent strategies.Stay proactive with networking and cultivating talent intelligence aligned with the greatest impact for Adobe.Support highly confident leadership decision-making through thoughtful, detailed, and consultative end-to-end searches (e.g., talent market intelligence, candidate assessments, candidate preparation and experiences, interview preparation, structured interviewing, compensation, and negotiation practices).What is needed to Succeed:Organizational agility including strong aptitude for working in a matrixed and global environment.Track record of building credible and influential relationships with senior executives inside and outside of their company.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple partners effectively including to solve unexpected or unanticipated challenges that can uniquely arise with hiring executives.Excellent understanding around executive compensation plans, strategies and industry benchmarks.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,300 -- $239,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
