Territory Manager
to represent our expansive product portfolio that ranges from sports medicine implants, Hall Surgical Powered Instruments, fluid management, resection & ablation, MTF biologics and our
NEW
4K Ultra High-Definition Visualization System.
As an Orthopedic Territory Manager, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote CONMED’s Orthopedic products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel.

What You Will Do:
Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
What You Need:
One
of the following:
Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University with 1-2 years of outside sales experience
No Degree with 4+ years of outside sales experience
3+ years of Surgical Tech or Related Clinical experience
*Note: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship
Requirements:
Approximately 20% Travel
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
Disclosure as required by applicable state law, the annual salary range for this position is 100% commission-based. This is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
