Over 8 years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior/executive management role within the vacation rental industry, or as a Director of Operations or VP in the hotel/hospitality sectorKnowledge of VRC/PMS systems (e.g., Streamline, Escapia, Track)Skilled in MS Office and GSuite applicationsDemonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and creating actionable strategiesUnderstanding of industry trends and the Hawaii marketEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on the Hawaii marketResponsibilities For Vacation Rental General Manager
