CS Group USA also provides a structure where a motivated employee can develop and diversify their skills while being fully involved in the growth of the company.We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support the System team in adapting, implementing, maturing, and continuously innovating various aspects of the System Safety engineering process. Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety or a similar standard would be appreciated.You will establish close collaboration and build trusting relationships with senior leaders from cross-functional teams including hardware, software, vehicle engineering, operations, human factors, program management office, legal, and policy.Responsibilities:Assist in the planning of multiple workstreams necessary for the Safety Case at each project milestone.Oversee the planning and execution of system-level hazard analysis, ensuring traceability of potential safety issues throughout the safety architecture, requirements, implementation, verification, and validation, leading to a comprehensive and closed-loop safety case.Lead the Risk Management Program across various milestones, monitoring all potential safety issues and driving them to resolution.Represent the System Safety team during key program review meetings.Ensure coordination among engineering teams, clarify priorities, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of corporate milestones.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.5+ years experience in program management in automotive, aerospace, or other relevant industries.Experience working at the system process level.Familiar with at least one of the following standards: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO 21448.CS Group US values diversity in the workplace and encourages women, visible minorities, ethnic minorities, aboriginal people, and people with disabilities to apply.Benefits:All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.Training/Professional Development opportunities for all members.6 paid holidays.Industry leading medical, dental, and vision Insurance.Employee Assistance Program, including mental health benefits.Spouse/Child Optional Life.Whole Life Insurance / Critical Illness Insurance / Legal Assistance / Military Leave.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.As an inclusive and committed employer, our company works every day to combat all forms of discrimination and promote a respectful working environment.
