Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Expert to join our client in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a robust focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and possess advanced knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, including scripting, SuiteFlow (workflow configurations), and SuiteScript (custom scripts). This role requires a professional capable of conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure seamless system performance and optimize NetSuite usage. Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) – 6 – 12 month rolling contract.5 Key Skills Required:
NetSuite Implementation & Optimization:
Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite, with a specialized focus on enhancing Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition.Custom Scripting & Workflows:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced NetSuite SuiteScript (both Client and Server-side) and SuiteFlow workflows to streamline and improve business processes. Utilize SuiteScript 2.0 to build custom business logic and integrations.System Testing:
Conduct detailed end-to-end system testing, including regression, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system functionality, performance, and integration points. Develop test scripts and document test results.Functional Expertise:
Provide expert guidance on NetSuite capabilities, including module-specific configurations and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert on OTC processes and related NetSuite functionalities.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations. Implement solutions to address system bugs and performance issues.5 Areas of Responsibility:
NetSuite Expertise:
Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP, with a specific emphasis on Order-to-Cash processes. Experience with advanced NetSuite modules and functionalities is essential.Scripting & Workflows:
Strong experience in scripting with NetSuite SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) and creating workflows using SuiteFlow. Ability to build and modify scripts and workflows to meet business needs.System Testing:
Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive end-to-end system testing, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results.Problem-Solving Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality and customization options.Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various business stakeholders and technical teams.
