We activate trusted voices on behalf of brands to earn attention and build authentic relationships that ultimately drive impact and action for brands.As Junior Coordinator, you will be responsible for support of daily team activities and day-to-day execution of small and mid-sized influence programs. You will work with a team of experts on influencer sourcing, program development, and program execution of cross-platform influencer brand integrations. You will assist in coordination of specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media. The successful Junior Coordinator will help to drive best-in-class work for our clients in today’s complex media landscape. This role will specialize in working with national food and beverage clients.

Responsibilities:

Support campaign execution, including but not limited to:Assist with identification, vetting, outreach and management of all influencer partnershipsDraft influencer contracts and briefing materials for internal review and approvalCommunicate directly with talent and agents to facilitate campaign logisticsReview talent content to ensure guidelines are metSupport with daily team activities such as the development of internal and client meeting agendas, recaps and key takeawaysContribute to program recaps and reportingSupport all influencer contracts, payments and POsDistill actionable insights from the influencer landscape for our brands and work with our analytics team to measure the impact of influencer programming and deliver client reportsBasic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceCandidate must be of legal drinking age (21+) by date of employment, due to the alcohol brands this hire would supportPreferred Qualifications:

At least 0-6 months’ internship experience in Communications and/or related fields.Proven understanding of influencer marketing and the role influencers play in driving impact and awareness for a brandStrong writing skills and ability to interact with internal teams professionally, and maintain relationships with influencers, agents, and managersDemonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work effectively across a specific set of accounts or campaignsDesired Skills and Experience:

Experience in influencer marketing, including maintaining relationships with influencers and management agencies, executing small and large influencer programs from start to finish.Knowledge of Influencer tools or Influencer Marketing platforms such as Captiv8, Traackr, etc.Ability to learn and support on all executional steps of the influencer programming process (i.e., identifying influencers, vetting influencers, drafting offer letters, review process, program execution and wrap reports), in addition to an understanding of what steps lead to the nextBasic understanding of metrics and ability to gather those into comprehensive snapshots for clients/teamsKnowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and FTC guidelinesExperience managing multiple projects at once and the ability to organize campaigns to ensure success for clients.Interest in developing influencer marketing campaigns for multiple national alcohol beverage brands; An understanding of alcohol beverage regulations on social media a plus

$40,000 - $50,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
