Shift : Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

What You Will Learn:
Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient cleaning and sanitizing of machine parts, containers, totes, etc., the accurate recording of data, and the disassembly and reassembly of equipment. The washroom coordinator will be responsible for these tasks in both the UP1 and UP2 washroom.Wash and sanitize all equipment (filler wet parts, nozzles, pumps)Assemble and disassemble all equipmentTroubleshoot equipmentIdentify improvement opportunities for equipmentOrder partsManage equipmentOperate PIT 2Excellent Time ManagementAdhere to all L'Oreal Safety StandardsAdhere to GMPs/SOPs and housekeeping standardsExecute production schedules issued by department managerComply 100% with all documentation requirements (OTC, Cleaning, Safety checklist, etc.)Maintain area of responsibility in a clean, organized, and tidy mannerAll employees are trained, provided with, and required to wear proper Personal Protective EquipmentCommunicate with Processing and Packaging to prioritize needsImprove parts controlMaintain a spare part area (gaskets, reducers, and clamps)Second set of "Wet Parts" changeoversIdentify damaged change partsEnsure change parts arrive and are returned as complete setsWork with floor to improve changeover timesLead efforts to improve washroom efficienciesCleaned and sanitized parts are to be "bagged and tagged"What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for long periods.Must be able to tolerate working in an environment of high temperatures.Must be able to tolerate working in a wet environment where often times clothing becomes wet.Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong mechanical aptitude requiredMust have excellent safety and attendance records.Must have ability to work with minimal supervision.Must have strong organizational skills.Must be able to work overtime as required.Must be able to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.Must be able to train on all of the above listed functions.Write OPL'sManage washroom orders and PO's (coordinate with Maintenance Coordinate, follow up on PO statuses, obtain quotes from vendor, advise on receipt of goods)Shift efficiencyManage 5S of washroom areaMechanical aptitude requiredComputer literacy requiredHave Organization & Documentation SkillsPhysical Requirements:
