We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and expertise to our development team. Competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefitsEssential Duties:Technical Leadership & Architecture:Provide technical guidance to the development team, influencing architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentorship & Skill Development:Mentor junior developers, fostering their technical skill growth and professional development.
Agile Methodology Participation:Engage fully in Agile development processes, from sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming, to deployment and retrospectives, ensuring continuous value delivery.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:Work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to iteratively deliver software that meets business objectives and customer needs.
Problem Solving & Debugging:Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across the full software stack, pinpointing root causes and developing effective solutions to maintain system stability.
Performance & Security Optimization:Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability challenges to ensure the reliability and security of our applications.
System Architecture & Design:Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure software solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces that support seamless functionality across platforms.
DevOps & CI/CD Integration:Work closely with DevOps Engineers to facilitate automated deployment through a CI/CD pipeline across multiple environments, ensuring smooth releases and application monitoring in production.
Application Support & Maintenance:Provide ongoing support for deployed applications, addressing bugs, implementing updates, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Education & Experience:Masters degree from college or university; and 5-7 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCertificates & Licenses:Advanced experience and/or certification in Mulesoft strongly desired.Compensation: $130,000-$155,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidates qualifications, the Companys operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
