Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership:Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to ensure a high level of performance.Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve overall sales performance.

Customer Service:Ensure all customers receive exceptional service by being knowledgeable, approachable, and patient.Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.Provide product education and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.Deescalate customer conflicts with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution while maintaining company standards.

Team Management:Assist in training new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Deescalate employee conflicts and mediate disputes, ensuring a harmonious work environment.Enforce policies and procedures mandated by upper management, ensuring all team members are compliant with company standards.

Operations:Assist in maintaining store organization and cleanliness.Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.Support inventory management, including restocking and conducting regular inventory audits.Drop cash registers at the end of shifts, ensuring all cash is counted accurately.Reconcile cash drawers, verifying that no funds are missing and all transactions are properly accounted for.Ensure merchandising is up to standard, maintaining an organized and aesthetically pleasing sales floor that aligns with Fireleaf’s branding.Oversee the presentation of products, ensuring that displays are neat, fully stocked, and visually appealing.

Salary$22 - $24 USD per hourRequired SkillsProven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the cannabis industry or a similar retail environment.Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and other related items.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism.Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic retail operations.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all applicable state regulations.

Desired Skills1 to 2 years experience in the legal cannabis industry.Experience with inventory management and regulatory compliance.Knowledge of local and state cannabis laws.Bilingual abilities are a plus
