Senior SDLC Agile Project ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior SDLC Agile Project Manager to lead and manage complex software development projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks, a strong track record of successful project delivery, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of Agile projects, from planning through to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress, address any issues or risks, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.Agile Methodology Implementation:Implement and champion Agile best practices and principles within the project team.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure the team adheres to Agile processes and maintains a high level of Agile maturity.SDLC Management:Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business requirements and goals.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements and expectations.Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.Address stakeholder feedback and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Risk and Issue Management:Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.Proactively resolve obstacles and ensure that the project team remains focused on delivering value.Team Leadership:Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Encourage continuous improvement and professional development within the team.Process Improvement:Evaluate and refine project management and Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Agile and SDLC.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within the SDLC, with at least 5 years focused on Agile methodologies.Skills:Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with software development practices, including design, development, and testing.Certifications:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification is preferred.About GSquared Group:Shouldnt your recruiting partner put as much effort and value into your career as you do?
