Responsibilities:Overview:The Lead Training Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of training and onboarding new employees as well as production associate training. The objective is to complete standardized training using a flexible timeframe to match each individuals learning pace while ensuring training progress is achieved, and to accomplish all training in a safe and effective manner.The Coordinator is responsible for overall recruiting and community outreach liaison.Responsibilities:Conduct orientation meetingsAudit employee on time training and certifications, investigate issues and assess training needAudit training records and training materialsAudit on boarding including classroom and OJTAudit standard work, trainer competency and trainer certificationCommunity outreach and temp agency liaisonOverall recruiting including interviewing, moving candidates through ICIMS, conduct stay and exit interviews, coordinate job fairs.Maintain employee files on ADP cloud
Qualifications:Requirements and Qualifications:High School diploma required, bachelors degree preferred.The ability to work independently as well as working with others effectively as a part of a team is essentialGood verbal & interpersonal communication skills; ability to work well in group situations; ability to deal effectively with conflict in mature & consistent manner.2 years experience in classroom and OJTManufacturing background a plusGood organizational skillsIntermediate Office skillsExperience in ADP and SAP systemsExperience handling multiple projects at one time with ability to work in a fast paced environment.Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
