Job Description Integration Developer and Designer6-month Contract to hire100% Remote**Unable to do C2C or Provide Sponsorship**The Integration Developer role is responsible for integrating leading technologies in the design of complex technology solutions across domains, while considering business goals, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability. This person will work with the integration and architecture teams, as well as application teams in and out of their own org reporting structure, as integrations span to those. In addition, they will foster collaboration among stakeholders to understand business needs and implement the best solutions to meet their needs, and support solutions 24x7 to cover systems needs.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build integration solutions that are aligned to the organizations business goals (e.g., speed, reliability, scalability)Leverage expertise in domain-driven design principals to improve upon conceptual and logical models and advocate for their organization-wide adoption in adherence to architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworksFoster collaboration among various stakeholders across customer teams and lead discussion to drive understanding of integration valueDrive definition of work needed for application teams by facilitating discussion and creation of work cards, maintain work progress with team norms for agile tracking of the sameProvide technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in support of the implementation of integration designDrive strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders helping them understand implications in detailKnowledge & Experience5-15 years of experience in building integrations and designing solutions, including synchronous and asynchronous data, transactional, and service-oriented patternsProven track record in designing and architecting complex systems at the functional or enterprise levelExpertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systemsExpertise in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Experience with EDA (Event Driven Architecture) and platforms such as Kafka, Azure Integration Services, Confluent, Solace etc.Experience with Devops and CI/CD methodologiesBackground and familiarity with cloud and infrastructure platforms to support HA and resiliencyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsTechnical SkillsCloud Technologies & Platforms including infrastructure automation using Terraform, Puppet, or AnsibleCI/CD processes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOpsUnderstanding of integrations tools like Talend/Informatica, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory/SynapseWeb Services, APIs, Microservices, and SOAApplication and Data Architecture as related to IntegrationSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC) MethodologyEmerging Technologies and Automation ToolsChange Management
