5+ Years of experience in technology role in Voice Recording domainExperience working in the financial or banking industry, preferredBachelors degree in technology discipline, equivalent technical certifications, or experienceDemonstrated ability to work with regulated Lines of Business, Compliance and LegalSME in NICE Voice Recorder platformExpertise with Trading Floor and Voice technologies provided by vendors such as IPCExperience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google CloudExperience with Data Network and WORM StorageKnowledge of MySQL, SQL, Scripting, JTAPI, XML, LDAP, Syslog, Active DirectoryExceptional organization skills including project/program managementData-driven approach to solutions who prioritizes telemetry availability when managing serviceMust be able to interact in a professional manner with End Users; must possess excellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong inter-personal skills; able to work both independently and in a team environmentFrequently Asked Questions:
