The Client Success Manager is responsible for the retention and expansion of existing campaigns. They are the face of Terraboost to our loyal clients. The goal is to expand the client's footprint. Sales is a major focus of our Client Success Manager, and the expectation is to grow revenue and increase the bottom line.

Essential Functions:

Become an expert in all things Terraboost and be able to relay the benefit to clients.Drive the post-sale expansion to the renewal process.Collaboration with internal departments.Achieve retention and expansion targets as assigned.Follow up with the customer post-sale and maintain regular communication with key accounts to ensure the well-being of the client journey.Gauge customer level engagement with the company and provide feedback to operations and sales teams regarding any product and/or service improvements. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.Increase customer satisfaction through thoughtful engagement.Independently review client accounts to optimize and expand marketing campaigns.Regularly conduct surveys, and garner external reviews and referrals in order to ensure the financial growth of the company.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Abilities:

Post-Sale expertise with a proven track record.Experience exceeding sales and retention quotas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time and project management skills.Excellent attention to detailDesire for continuous improvement.Ability to identify complex situations and escalate concerns.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.Computer skills and proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

HS Diploma or GEDA minimum of one (1) year of Sales and/or Client Success experience requiredMarketing/Advertising experience a plus
