The Team:

The Total Rewards team consists of Benefits & HR Practices, Payroll, Compensation, Workforce Analytics & Reporting, and People Systems & Operations. Together these teams work collaboratively to offer a comprehensive, strategic, and systematic process that combines all the elements of an organization's employee value proposition.

The Role:

As Enfusion continues to grow and mature, we are seeking a Compensation Analyst to help shape our talent strategy and ensure our rewards programs reflect our culture and values. As a Compensation Analyst, you will support the Compensation Manager by playing a crucial role in scaling our compensation programs, enabling our managers, and helping our employees grow. You will be responsible for delivering competitive, equitable, and innovative compensation programs that meet employees expectations for today and tomorrow. You will also contribute to compensation programs, including the compensation planning cycle, evolution of a job architecture, incentive plan design, and administration.

What You'll Do:Participate in the design of compensation programs and processesPrepare spreadsheets and reports to support the compensation team and client needs for compensation information and analysisAssist with developing and supporting training initiatives and drafting communications relating to compensationComplete salary surveys to support our firm's critical and robust benchmarking process - collaborating with other departments to determine information used to complete surveys; maintaining schedules and monitoring due dates to ensure survey participation deadlines are metPlay a key role in ensuring data integrity of compensation information in the Dayforce HRISPartner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations and insightsWork closely with the Compensation Manager on the administration and data integrity of all compensation systemsPartner with, Finance, Payroll Benefits, and HR Operations teams to achieve desired outcomes and produce data to support business needsCreate documentation for compensation administration and processesParticipate in ad-hoc related projects as needed and develop recommendations for process improvementsWhat You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration and, or a related field2+ years of compensation experienceProficient with Word and PowerPointStrong expertise with Excel, including VLOOKUP's, conditional statements, creating charts and graphics, pivot tablesExperience with HRIS systems and Data Visualization tools is a plusStrong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, with a keen attention to detailProven ability to manage projects and stakeholders successfully and understand multi-division dynamicsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiencesDemonstrated experience with discretion and confidentiality

The salary for this position is $75,000 - $115,000 + bonus + benefits.

*Note: This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
