Long Term Freelance Role - 2 Years WorkA well-established and rapidly expanding principal contractor is currently looking to recruit Site Managers for a long-term contract. This company has gone from strength to strength each year and has an exciting growth plan in place. Due to recently winning new contracts which are due to commence imminently, they are looking to expand their team.You will be working on a Social Housing Refurbishment scheme in Boston, overseeing Kitchen and Bathroom and E.W.I schemes in tenanted and void properties.Role/Responsibilities
Embedding the client's requirements in every aspect of the project, offering added value to give clients assurance in quality delivery.Assisting the Project Manager with any problems or concerns on site.Regular liaison with the client, discussing progress and acting as the company representative.Participating in senior management meetings on site progression, ensuring directors are aware of developments.Liaising with TLOs regarding any issues or concerns from tenants.Discussing buildability and design issues.Managing Health & Safety.Programming and planning all works.Devising a build programme.Recruiting staff and organizing trades and labor.Ensuring KPIs are achieved.Requirements
A strong Site Management background.CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work.Own transport.To Apply
