We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ServiceNow Discovery (ITOM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a proven track record in designing and implementing effective solutions that support asset management, discovery processes, and the overall ServiceNow platform. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions, implement best practices, and ensure seamless integrations across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate representation of the IT landscape.Maintain the integrity of the CMDB by implementing effective configuration item (CI) data modeling and lifecycle management.Ensure all configuration items (CIs) are correctly populated and maintained in the CMDB with accurate relationships.Job Requirement
