We need someone ready to be the voice of our brand and manage the marketing budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to generate revenue and meet property targets. Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plansMeet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategiesActively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methodsGrow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationshipsAnalyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demandQualifications

Hilton experience is ideal but not requiredPrior DOSM experience in a hotel is requiredOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalMust have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or hospitalityBasic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
