ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

•Review and analyze Nivel pricing and profitability and make appropriate recommendations to the Sr. Pricing Manager.

•Demonstrate proficiency in navigating all internal and external resources to validate key components of the marketplace to assure accurate pricing.

•Team with Sales leadership, Account Sales Managers, and Sr. Pricing Manager to provide clear, concise and accurate responses to pricing process and price policy questions.

•Continuously monitor, audit and analyze pricing activity to assure systematic risks are identified and corrected, sales training issues are identified and addressed, and pricing formulas and tables are properly maintained for approved pricing changes.

•Design Pricing Activity reports and perform routine maintenance of pricing activity reports to assure on going visibility of pricing activities and the ability to evaluate integrity of the pricing and discounting processes.

•Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance , Business, or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience related to basic financial analysis.

EXPERIENCE:

•Minimum of three years hands-on experience in pricing, category management, or related experience, and analysis with a track record of success performing spreadsheet analyses, maintaining financial reports in a fast-paced work environment.

•Ability to collaboratively enforce policies and apply financial principles to a business transaction. You must also have the skills to gather relevant data; input and manipulate the data to allow for complete analysis and identification of potential issues.

•Demonstrate sound investigative skills as well as a rigorous work organization methodology.

•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites products.

•Demonstrated proficiency in working with relational databases (SQL and/or MS Access).

•Have the flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours to meet all deadlines.

•Ability to consider alternative courses of action to assure s prompt response to outstanding price quotes consistent with Company policy.

•Occasional travel (5%) is required.
