Job Description : JOB SUMMARY This job requires moderate to complex problem-solving abilities and complete understanding of system functionality. The incumbent reviews significant amounts of information and analyzes processes to support business unit needs. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES + Understand operational objectives and gather information to support those objectives in support of web-based application. Perform moderate to complex research to uncover in-depth requirements. May translate more complex business initiatives to less experienced employees. Present project deliverables to appropriate audiences. Communicate business operational requirements to internal groups responsible for developing/testing business requirements in various applications. + Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Successfully articulate issues, problems, and solutions. Successfully plan, design, and conduct functional walk-throughs. + Manage and advise on intermediate to large cross-functional projects and change initiatives involved in the design and delivery of business process solutions, implementation strategies, and control measures, including scoping, leading, and influencing organizational change related to business processes and models. + Facilitate process improvement meetings and/or discussions. + Analyze the functions and operations of a business area/function and identify problem areas. Create process mappings and document current and future state business processes. + Create moderate to complex test plans and execute them. + Act as subject matter expert/technical liaison. Recommend process efficiencies, strategies for improvement, and/or solutions to align technology with business strategies. + Develop desktop procedures and training materials. May train employees on new processes. + May perform special projects upon request and oversee the work of less experienced employees. + Other duties as assigned. Pay Range Minimum: $57,700.00 Pay Range Maximum: $106,700.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
