Programs modifications and enhancements to the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application. Responsible for all customizations to the application software including project creation modifications, code changes, application interface modifications, and report creation and processing in support of the achievement of business requirements. Ensures the integrity of the system is maintained as the applications are enhanced and modified through approved version control and change management procedures throughout the production life cycle. Develops and maintains application and user documentation for assigned applications, as required.

EducationBachelors Degree (Required)Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience3 Years experience with PeopleSoft HCM (9.2) programming in a production environment. (Required)3 Years experience in PeopleSoft utilities, Process Scheduler/Monitor, Data mover, Import Manager and upgrades, relational technology, SQL, and UNIX (Required)1 Year experience working in a healthcare/ hospital environment (Preferred)General Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Employee and Manager Self Service, Portal, Data Warehouse, MicroFocus COBOL, PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF), and/or Enterprise Learning Management (Preferred)
