(Korean/English bilingual) for their North American HQ in Roanoke, TX.SummaryThis role will be responsible for performing complex (entry-level) data systems analysis by collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of data to derive meaningful insights and support-data driven decision making within the organization. The successful candidate will monitor performance and quality plans to identify improvements. This role will directly report to the Sr. Business Analyst.ResponsibilitiesGathering and organizing from various sources, ensuring data integrity and cleaning formatting data for analysisInterpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Locate and define new process to prioritize business am information needs.Work with management to prioritize business andQualificationsBachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, or another quantitative subject.Proficiency in SQL and a scripting languageExperience working in and utilizing various business analysis techniques with Agile and or traditional project management principlesExperience working as part of a multi-function project team, including interacting and following-up with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to program leaders, SMEs, process owners, executive leaders, and department staff, etc.Must be Korean/English bilingualBusiness ExperienceExperience in data gathering, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.Use statistical techniques, regression analysis, and forecasting methods to evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to complete requests successfully against established timelines with minimal supervision.Specialized Knowledge/SkillsStrong grasp of statistical concepts and techniques with analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using project management tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office toolsSolid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using project management tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office tools
