AERMOR is seeking a ServiceNow Developer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role will involve customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet specific Navy requirements while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, and workflows with the ServiceNow platform.Customization of ServiceNow forms, workflows, and UI components to meet specific requirements.Create and manage ServiceNow scripts to automate processes and enhance functionality.Integration of ServiceNow with other systems using webservices, REST APIS, and other integration methods.Develop and manage integration connectors to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.Perform upgrades and patches to ServiceNow platform.Conduct testing of new features and customizations.Ensure that ServiceNow configurations and customizations adhere to Navy cybersecurity policies and standards.Oversee system upgrades, updates, and patches to ensure stability and performance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long term solutions.
Key Experience/Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and web services.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM modules.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline AND 7+ years of experience as described above; OR 10+ years of relevant experience as described above.
