About the Role:
In this role, the Social Media Manager will be a key member of the Brand Marketing team, responsible for leading the development and execution of 7 Leaves Cafe's social media strategy. This individual will ensure that all digital content aligns with the overall brand strategy, focusing on creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our audience across all social platforms. The Social Media Manager will oversee both organic and paid social media campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and manage content, community engagement, and newsletters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing comprehensive social media campaigns, driving brand growth, and fostering a vibrant online presence.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000
per hour (Exempt)

Job Responsibilities:
In the Social Media Manager role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:
Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and drive engagement and growth
Manage content creation, including planning, developing, and curating engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Oversee both organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and effective promotion across platforms.
Partner with influencers to amplify the 7 Leaves Cafe brand, managing relationships and coordinating influencer marketing efforts.
Drive community engagement by managing social media interactions and fostering a positive, active online presence.
Identify and collaborate with marketing agencies to enhance social media strategies and execution. ● Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Stay updated on social media trends, presenting key trends to teams to drive strategy and secure buy-in for innovative ideas.
Develop and manage the social media calendar, including scheduling content and coordinating with other team members to ensure timely and effective campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a similar consumer-focused sector.
Proven ability to create and implement both organic and paid social media strategies.
Experience leading influencer marketing efforts, including influencer identification, coordination, and relationship management.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and lead projects independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to developing engaging content.
Passion for digital media and a deep understanding of brand marketing principles.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
Added Value Skills: Experience in design, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
