A client of Insight Global needs a Jira Specialist/Project Manager for their International Technology Team.
* Jira administration* Quality control of the project team's adherence to the pre-defined Jira processes.* Maintain Jira tickets (e. g. labels, components, due dates, etc.).* Leverage data from Jira to create content/context that can be used for reports to stakeholders and leaders (e. g. in the Canada Loyalty App)* Coordination/scheduling project meetings.* Being able to identify/propose solutions to enhance processes* Help the teams gather information and do research, when required (e. g. when summarizing project/program risks).* Build dashboards to help visualize the work of the ETSI team.* Help maximize the use of Jira boards for our agile teams and assist with visualization.* Provide other support as needed by the Portfolio Management Office.* Attend Scrum ceremonies, take notes, capture action items, and follow up on next steps.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation:$65/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
