Director of IT, eCommerce & Web Services

to lead our technology initiatives to provide the leadership, technical capabilities and principles needed to create and sustain a high-performing technology solutions and support function within the organization.The Director of IT Web Services will report to the VP of Information Technology (IT) Products and Services, and will have technical responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to Hanger, Inc.'s and Products and service segment, all underlying technologies, and coordinating with other groups within the broader IT department including but not limited to Security, Compliance Infrastructure, Support Services, and PMO.The Director will build and promote practices within the IT organization that will drive scalability within the business, stability of assigned technical solutions, reduce inefficiencies and promote continual improvement to support the strategic direction of our company.Your Impact:Leads a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals, along with the applications, tools, and integrations leveraging cutting-edge technologies (custom developed and off the shelf). It will be your responsibility to set the direction, develop the technical direction, and to deliver on the stated commitments of the company. One of the most important roles you will play as the leader in this organization is to recruit hire, coach and develop the IT eCommerce & Web Services team.Lead the development, management, and support of Hanger business applications portfolio and the life cycle to support all corporate functions. Hangers core enterprise systems include eCommerce (Adobe Commerce Cloud) Oracle Cloud ERP and Epicor ERP integrations, CRM solutions, Web sites and M&A functions for team and other custom applications for Hanger Inc. and Products and Services segment.Lead our use of Integration technology (Magento/Adobe Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, SharePoint, WordPress, .NET Applications, Oracle and Epicor ERP, etc.)Lead our technology selection, development and deployment across the assigned business organizations.Lead the transformation of the team into a full-fledged partner of the companys business functions to maximize business value and drive total solution implementationsWork with business executives to 1) develop roadmaps, 2) drive execution of programs and projects, and 3) meet or exceed expectations of business leadersBuild effective partnerships between business and IT teams to deliver both strategic and tactical solutions critical to the success of their business, processes, and companyManage AMS (Application Managed Service) providers for various platforms within the assigned domainManage program budget, provide financial forecasts, and track project milestonesManage definition, approval and incorporation of business requirements into high value solutions.Justify and prioritize business requirements, system configuration, customizations and development plans using a common set of portfolio management tools.Manage the software development lifecycle (Agile & Traditional)Manage to budget and resource requirements and constraintsProvide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the team is aligned with the strategic direction of the companyRecruit A+ talent and lead hiring efforts for the team, with a focus on scaling, improving speed, quality, and efficiency over time. Provides strong hands-on leadership and mentoring to highly technical product development teams and cultivates a culture of empowerment and accountabilityResponsible for the design, development, and implementation of new services, tools and features while proactively and efficiently collaborating with all stakeholders. Helping stakeholders to decompose their projects into concrete units of work for the development teamImplement new team processes and effectively lead change managementManage Production Support processes, CICD Automation, operational metrics and KPI for the team and for business team consumption.Lead production support processes and drive towards zero unplanned work.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (required)10 years of experience leading technical teamsSolid experience in eCommerce, Salesforce and Oracle/Epicor and related technologiesExperience with building and managing a team of 10 or more engineers, business analysts, and project managers with experience in hiring and mentoring managers.Experience in creating and maintaining operational KPI and dashboards.Experience in stakeholder management with ability to learn the business domain and solve the right problems with a solid quality approachExperience with deploying key program/project management disciplinesAdditional Success Factors:
