KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Function Name Set-Up & Tear Down- SMT Machines Knowledge of safety and operation of Pick-n-Place machines Load feeders according to the setup sheet using Understand feeder sizes and pitches Component Identification knowledge Verify components & feeder on job cart Restock parts in the correct Kit Box Load program on machine(s) Ability to run Juki Pick & Place and reflow ovens Perform machine operator processes (startup, loading a recipe, adjusting the conveyor belt, production runs, shut down, and alarms). Makes minor machine adjustments such as placement of parts, measurement of components, and change or correct package size, clears machine jams. Thoroughly and accurately complete forms and documentation as necessary. Professionally and effectively communicate both verbally and written with coworkers, management, vendors, source inspectors, and customer representatives (when needed). Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Be punctual and maintain good attendance. Other duties as assigned.
